1. **Right of Withdrawal**<\/strong>
You have the right to change your mind and return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

2. **Return Procedure**<\/strong>
To return a product, you must first contact us at clients@mafoi.shop with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will then provide you with return instructions.<\/p>\n

3. **Return Costs**<\/strong>
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made an error when shipping your order.<\/p>\n

4. **Refunds**<\/strong>
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.<\/p>\n

5. **Exchanges**<\/strong>
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at clients@mafoi.shop and follow the return instructions we will provide.<\/p>\n

6. **Non-Refundable Products**<\/strong>
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and health and personal care items. Please check before purchasing if your product is eligible for return.<\/p>\n

7. **Refund Delays**<\/strong>
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
