The services we offer on Mafoi.shop allow you to browse the site and purchase products from a number of our selected partners. In addition to these services, we also provide auxiliary services such as organizing product delivery and offering dedicated customer service.<\/p>

The entity responsible for these services depends on your location. If you are in the European Union, Mafoi.shop operates the site and provides the services; if you are outside the European Union, Dunun SARL or one of its affiliated companies operates the site and provides the services. However, as mentioned above, the purchase contract for products is between you and Mafoi.shop’s partner. This means that the partner (not Mafoi.shop) is legally responsible for selling the products to you.<\/p>

Please note that the product delivery organization service is provided by us, and by using it, you enter into a contract with us regarding this delivery organization service on behalf of the partners. This service may be chargeable, and you will be able to see the total amount during the checkout process before purchasing one or more products. The contract is concluded when the ordered products are delivered to you by a courier service or when you collect the products from a partner. At Mafoi.shop, we strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, as these descriptions are based on information provided to us by our partners, we cannot guarantee that they are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Product images on the site are for illustrative purposes only. While we endeavor to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of colors will precisely reflect the actual color of the products.<\/p>

We do not allow our partners to offer defective or substandard products on the Site. If any product you ordered turns out to be not as described, defective, or of inferior quality, you may return it to us, and we will contact the relevant partner to process the return. Once the product is received by the partner, you will receive a full refund for the defective product, or an alternative in the form of a discount, replacement, or, where applicable, repair of the product, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis. We will refund all applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incurred in returning the product (we will inform you if the product is to be collected from your delivery address or if other arrangements are necessary).\u00a0<\/p>

As a consumer, you have rights regarding any defective or misdescribed products. You can seek advice about your rights from the Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs, and Fraud Control. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects these rights.<\/p>

Products sold by our partners are intended strictly for your domestic and personal use. You agree not to use the products for commercial or resale purposes. You also agree not to export, re-export, or transfer in any way these products to countries or territories under embargo, subject to sanctions, or to parties identified on the List of Specially Designated Nationals or the Blocked Persons List of the U.S. Treasury or on the EU Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions. As previously explained, the purchase contract for the products is concluded between you and the relevant Mafoi.shop partner. Although we are authorized by the relevant partner to conclude the contract on their behalf, we are not a party to the contract and you are not purchasing the products directly from us. When you buy products using the site, we receive a payment from you which we hold on behalf of the relevant partner, before transferring the amount to the partner once the products have been delivered to you.<\/p>

We require all Mafoi.shop partners using the site to have and maintain reasonable business policies in line with ours. However, we cannot be responsible for our partners’ business policies. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service received from a Mafoi.shop partner, you must contact us and we will reach out to them on your behalf to try to resolve the issue.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

By completing the purchase process and placing an order, you are offering to buy the products from the relevant Mafoi.shop partner (not directly from us). Your product order is subject to these terms and conditions which form part of the contract between you and the relevant partner. All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation.<\/p>

To place an order, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card (please see section (c) below for more information on accepted payment methods). By placing an order, you warrant that the information provided is accurate and correct, that you are over 18 years old, that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order.<\/p>

The site allows you to check your order and correct any errors before submitting it. Please take time to read and check your order at each step of the process, as you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide (e.g., correct products, quantity, size, color, etc.).<\/p>

(a) Formation of the contract between you and the Mafoi.shop partner(s)<\/p>

The identity of Mafoi.shop’s partner is indicated on the page containing the products, in your shopping cart when your products are added to it, and on the order confirmation page when you place an order.<\/p>

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is solely an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order by Mafoi.shop’s partner. The contract between you and the relevant partner regarding the products will only be formed when we have verified that the partner has accepted your order. If the partner accepts your order, we will send you an email to confirm this. This confirmation email that we send on behalf of the partner concludes your contract. This confirmation email will include a description of the products included in the order and some additional information about your rights to cancel the contract between you and the partner (please refer to section 10 below for more information on your rights to cancel the contract). Only the products listed in the confirmation email are included in the contract between you and the partner.<\/p>

(b) Price and availability<\/p>

Although we strive to ensure that all information, descriptions, and prices listed on the site are correct, errors may occur as the information is provided to us by Mafoi.shop’s partners. If we become aware of an error regarding the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible on behalf of the partner, and we will give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the new price or to cancel it. If<\/p>

we cannot contact you, we will treat your order as canceled. If you cancel and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.<\/p>

If you are browsing the Site from France or another country in Europe, the prices displayed on the Site for products from Mafoi.shop's partners in Europe include VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the prices and will be charged extra. Delivery charges vary depending on the products you have ordered and your delivery address. The delivery charges for your order will be clearly displayed on the Site before you place your order (and are included in the “Total Price” indicated on the summary page of your order).<\/p>

Depending on your delivery address, different tax rules and additional fees may apply. If you have products shipped from a Mafoi.shop partner located outside your territory, you may have to pay import duties when you receive your products. We will indicate during the checkout process whether these import duties are included or if you will need to pay them upon receiving your products. If these fees are not included, neither we nor Mafoi.shop partners can control these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying these taxes and import duties if not included.\u00a0<\/p>

Please note that if you return a product, import fees will be refunded if they were initially included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you will be responsible for claiming them from your local customs office.<\/p>

(c) Payment<\/p>

\u00a0When you place an order, we perform a standard pre-authorization on your payment card on behalf of the relevant Mafoi.shop partners. Products will only be shipped once this pre-authorization check has been completed. For more information on when your account will be debited.<\/p>

The company processing your payment depends on the country you are located in. If you are based in the EU, then Mafoi.shop will process payments; if you are located elsewhere, Dunun SARL\u00a0or one of its affiliated companies will handle payment processing.<\/span><\/p>

If you use cryptocurrency to pay for your order, you will be redirected to our cryptocurrency payment partner, TripleA, to complete your purchase. Your payment to TripleA will be fully deducted from your payment obligation for your purchase on Mafoi.shop.<\/p>

Once we have verified your payment details and the Mafoi.shop partner has accepted and validated your delivery request, we will send you an email to confirm.<\/p>

In the unlikely event that we or the Mafoi.shop partner encounter an issue while processing your order, we will send you an email explaining the problem and possibly requesting additional information to try to resolve it. We reserve the right not to submit your order to Mafoi.shop partners, and Mafoi.shop partners reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, the ordered product is out of stock, has been discontinued or is otherwise unavailable, or if we do not obtain authorization for your payment or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g. if you are under 18 years old).<\/p>

Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any transaction for any reason and to deny service to anyone, at any time, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the removal of products from the Site, whether sold or not, for the removal or modification of any material or content on the Site, for the refusal to process a transaction, or for the suspension or cancellation of a transaction after processing has begun.<\/p>

We may use the information you provide to conduct anti-fraud checks. The information you provide may be disclosed to a credit or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of such information. The estimated delivery date provided in your order confirmation is only an estimate and depends on product availability and your delivery address. We will make every effort to deliver your products as quickly as possible and within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation. However, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may delay the delivery date. In such cases, we cannot be held liable.<\/p>

Please note that if no one is available at the delivery address you provided to receive the products, our carrier will leave a note indicating a delivery attempt and provide instructions for redelivery.<\/p>

In some cases, our delivery partners may offer you various delivery options, including:
(a) signature-free delivery: you may choose to receive your parcel without providing a signature; and\/or
(b) neighbor delivery: in case of absence, our delivery partner may leave your parcel with a neighbor.<\/p>

By selecting any of these delivery options, you acknowledge and agree that Mafoi.shop cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once the parcel has been delivered according to the delivery option you selected.<\/p>

Additionally, please note that products are shipped directly by our Mafoi.shop partners, so your order may arrive in multiple parcels if it includes items from different partners.<\/p>

Finally, please note that all risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products. In some cases, the relevant Partner may refuse to accept the return of your order. In such cases, Mafoi.shop or any company in its group may, at its sole discretion, choose to repurchase the products from you. If Mafoi.shop chooses to repurchase the products, you acknowledge and agree that ownership rights of the products automatically transfer to Mafoi.shop or the group company making the repurchase.<\/p>

Right of Withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR)<\/p>

Depending on your region\/country of residence, you may, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from your order in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges), or any equivalent directive within the European Union. Thus, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw and obtain a full refund of your order (including the delivery costs of the original order), once your return is received by the relevant Mafoi.shop partner(s). Please note that you will need to cover the return costs to Mafoi.shop. Also, please note that our free returns service is not available for orders canceled under the CCR.<\/p>

Withdrawal procedure according to the GCC: except for certain product categories (listed in our Returns Policy), you may cancel a contract at any time before your order is delivered to you and up to 14 days after the date of receipt (what is called the ”cooling-off period”).<\/p>

To cancel a contract, you must clearly inform us of your decision, preferably by:

\u2022 Completing and returning the cancellation form located at the end of this section to the address indicated on it.<\/p>

If you cancel an order (in whole or in part) during the cooling-off period, the product(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw, and must comply with our Return Conditions (detailed in our Returns Policy).<\/p>

If you cancel your contract during the 14-day cooling-off period, we will process your refund as soon as possible. At the latest, your refund will be processed within 14 days after our partner receives your return, and at the earliest, as soon as we receive proof that you have returned the product(s) to the relevant Partner’s address. Please note that return shipping costs to Mafoi.shop are your responsibility.<\/p>
